Description:

Nestled amongst a backdrop of picturesque hills, just 10 minutes from the capital of
Philipsburg, this small resort abounds with charm and personality. The rooms are tastefully
decorated with tropical rattan furnishings and equipped with air-conditioners, direct dial
telephones, televisions and private showers. The seven suites boast of kitchenettes, dining
and living areas and king size beds.

The Parrot Restaurant located on premises specializes in local Caribbean cuisine and features
live entertainment and dancing on select nights. A game room abounds with pool tables, table
tennis, darts, dominoes, and slot machines. A 30 ft. bird cage is located in the courtyard
boasting a variety of birds and Raoul's Crab Village, where live crabs are housed in deluxe
accommodations.

Banquet facilities are available. Watersports and beaches will have to be sought apart from
this resort.
